Capital Administrative Services was created in 2001 as a support center for State of Florida Human Resource Personnel and employees to assist with the administration of post tax miscellaneous deductions. Programs administered by our organization include life, disability and long term care insurance, as well as other miscellaneous deductions such as credit unions, college savings accounts and various charitable foundations.

Each state agency utilizing our services has an appointed Post Tax Benefits Coordinator to provide employees with essential service, support and communication. If your agency utilizes our administration simply go to State Agencies located in the site menu and select your agency to review available benefits, a current year enrollment calendar and contact information for your agency.
